Refund policy

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will do free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please include photo evidence of the issue in the email.

Once the issue is verified, customer will be eligible for a free reprint or refund, and returning the damaged product is not necessary.
